Reception and transfer to selected hotel. Rest of the morning rest for acclimatization. At the appropriate time (1:00 p.m.) pick up from the hotel to take the City Tour, in which we will visit the cathedral basilica of Cusco and observe the colonial art from the 16th to the 18th century such as paintings and carved frames made of Gold Leaf, then we will pass to the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and Convent of Santo Domingo. Then we will visit the archaeological remains that are located around the city of Cusco, which are: Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay. Overnight in Cusco.
Breakfast. Depending on the type of train, you will usually be picked up early from the hotel and transferred to the Ollantaytambo station. The train departs for the Aguas Calientes station, upon arrival you will board the bus that will take you to the citadel of Machupicchu (25 minutes away). Next, a guided tour of this impressive place will take place for 2 hours, visiting the temple of the three windows, the sundial, among others; From there there will be enough free time so that they can explore on their own the sectors of greatest interest. At a convenient time according to the return train schedule, you will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes to take the train to Ollantaytambo, then return to the city of Cusco.
At the appropriate time, transfer to the station or airport to return to the city of origin.
