This route is ideal for nature lovers, you will find spectacular landscapes, flora and fauna throughout this adventure hike through beautiful valleys and white mountains, especially the Humantay lagoon, considered one of the most sacred lagoons in the region.
The tour begins with hotel pickup between 4:00 and 4:30 am, followed by a shuttle ride to the town of Mollepata in the Apurimac River Valley. After breakfast, the trip continues to Soraypampa (3900 meters above sea level). After a brief rest, a 1 hour and 30 minute walk begins towards the Humantay lagoon (4200 meters above sea level). After enjoying and taking photos in the lagoon, you return to the camp for lunch with panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks. Finally, participants are transferred back to Cusco, leaving them near the main Plaza.
We will pick you up from your respective hotel between 4:00 am to 4:30 am, and then travel in our transportation to the town of Mollepata located in the lush valley of the Apurímac River. After a well-deserved breakfast to fill us with energy, we will continue our trip (2 hours) towards Soraypampa (3900 meters above sea level). After a brief rest, we will begin our walk towards the Humantay lagoon located at 4200 meters above sea level, after the ascent of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Approximately we will be able to appreciate such a wonderful and magical place, and capture souvenir photos. Once our visit is over, we will return to our camp to have our lunch with beautiful panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks. Later you will be transferred to our city of Cusco, we will leave you in the center of the city (near the main Plaza).
